All enrollments are processed through our website. A place in any workshop, course, or event is secured only upon acceptance of a completed registration form and receipt of payment.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. We accept credit card, Mastercard, PayPal, and bank transfer.
Payment for services by credit card will be processed in Canadian dollars at the time of payment. We are not responsible for any fees, charges, or exchange rates levied by your financial institution.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes will not affect enrollments already confirmed. We may modify or discontinue any service without notice.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your information so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
All self led online courses, mp3s, audios, podcasts, hypnosis recordings, meditations, activations, and ebooks purchased from our website are non refundable.
These products are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the digital nature and instant access, refunds are not provided.
Refunds for workshops, courses, and training events are permissible only if requested 48 hours before the start date.
A deposit fee, where applicable, is non refundable. Refunds for eligible events will be processed within 14 to 30 days after the request date.
Promotional offers and discounts such as those through Groupon are not refundable.
Students who pay for a workshop in full and leave before completion will not receive a refund. Certification will not be granted.
If you leave due to verified family or personal medical conditions with documentation, you may rejoin when the workshop is offered again to complete the course and receive certification.
Embody Divine Wellness School for Soul Development retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to our programs, courses, teachings, and content.
This includes all materials provided to you such as mp3s, audios, podcasts, ebooks, videos, worksheets, and informational material. All copyrights and trademarks belong to us.
You are granted a single user license for your individual use only. You are not authorized to share, copy, sell, post, distribute, reproduce, duplicate, trade, resell, exploit, or otherwise disseminate any portion of our content.
This applies to electronic or physical distribution for business, commercial use, or any way that earns you money without our prior written permission.
All information reflects our creative ideas, informational teachings, sessions, ebooks, workshops, and recordings. The information is provided for you to find your own message and to reword accordingly based on what you have learned.
All participants must be mindful and respectful of others regardless of race, colour, creed, or gender. We endeavour to respect any values or religious beliefs that may differ from our own.
We are committed to creating a safe and respectful space. Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
Confidentiality provides privacy and safety within workshops, sessions, trainings, and groups. There is no automatic assumption that all information shared is confidential.
Students must exercise diligence and understand that personal information shared about group members is confidential.
If any difficulties arise with another member of the group, participants must seek assistance from us to resolve conflicts through mediation and resolution.
We reserve the right to ask any student to leave or to not continue attending a course. We may suspend or terminate access without refund for violation of these terms.
Participants are responsible for their own well being. You use your own judgment when seeking soul development, fitness, and healing.
You must inform us directly of any medical issues or medical care that may affect your health during workshops, sessions, or services.
This applies to hypnosis, spiritual direction, yoga, and other spiritual courses we offer. Holistic soul development is transformative and life changing.
Students who are under medical care may be required to take additional psychological counselling to help with emotional and personal issues.
All known health and safety precautions are undertaken by us. Our practices and classes are instructional and considered safe with correct guidance, understanding, and knowledge of the subject given.
The material on this site is provided for information purposes. Information can change. Do not use this as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting your primary medical practitioner.
Our services are educational and spiritual in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well being. Consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new practice.

I hereby state that I, or any persons acting on my behalf, will not hold or claim against Embody Divine Wellness School for Soul Development, its workshops, services, classes, sessions, or organizers for any damages assumed or otherwise.
This applies to any conditions emotional, mental, spiritual, physical, or financial relating to transmissions, courses, activations, meditations, hypnosis, classes, events, trainings, sessions, or workshops with Embody Divine Wellness School for Soul Development.
